Strengths of Analyzers in Emotional Intelligence

Analyzers are self-aware and recognize their own emotions with clarity and precision. Analyzers view emotions on a rational level and can maintain their composure with a level head even in the most challenging situations. Analyzers diffuse conflicts with a logical and systematic mindset. They want to address issues from different perspectives, objectively and impartially. Analyzers are empathic and understand the need to recognize and validate the feelings of others. Analyzers are excellent problem solvers and negotiators and find practical solutions to underlying issues. 

Cultivating Emotional Intelligence in Analyzers

Analyzers would do well to develop their EQ and step in the shoes of others. They would benefit by cultivating self-awareness and empathy continually expanding their EQ by: Actively listening to the perspectives and emotions of others then gently acknowledging their feelings, experiences, and viewpoints; cultivating mindfulness and practice deep breathing and/or journaling; analyzers should approach others without judgment, and maintain an open mind to effectively understand and consider the interplay of emotions within the perspectives of others; and practice self-love and nurture their own emotional well-being.
