Emotional Intelligence in Henderson & Surrounding Areas HUMAN DESIGN? WHAT IS IT?

Welcome back! Have you ever heard of Human Design? It is a perspective of human nature which combines elements of astrology, the I Ching, Kabbalah, the chakra system, and quantum physics to provide insight into one’s energy makeup and potential life path.
Human Design states each of us possesses a unique energetic blueprint, somewhat like our astrological sign, determined by the positions of celestial bodies at the time of birth. This blueprint is detailed in a BodyGraph — an outline of one’s personality type, strategy, authority, and defined centers.
There are five primary Human Design types: Manifestors, Generators, Manifesting Generators, Projectors, and Reflectors. Although each type interacts with the world differently and offers valuable insight into individual processes and emotional expression, Human Design is not the sole determinant of emotional intelligence (“EQ”). Here’s a brief overview of the interplay between Human Design and emotional intelligence:
Manifestors: Manifestors are independent action-oriented individuals who possess strong emotions and impulses. EQ for Manifestors requires a high level of awareness and understanding to effectively manage impulses and the impact of their actions upon others.
Generators and Manifesting Generators: Generators and Manifesting Generators are energetic, deeply passionate individuals. Generators and Manifesting Generators, like other Human Design types, must be aware of and in tune with their feelings so they may direct their energy towards being aware and considerate of the feelings of others as they achieve their goals.
Projectors: Projectors are insightful, intuitive, and excel at understanding people because they recognize and respect the emotional needs of others despite setting boundaries and advocating for themselves.
Reflectors: Reflectors are highly sensitive to the energies around them. They are aware of their own emotions and take them into consideration as they respond to the emotions of others to bring insight and harmony in their relationships.
Integrating Human Design and Emotional Intelligence:
Human Design offers a partial understanding of self so we may navigate the complexities of human nature. When Human Design is integrated with EQ, interpersonal skills develop and expand in areas which align with individual differences. Awareness and alignment are skillsets necessary to fulfill one’s highest potential and harness inner wisdom.
